TENTANG COOMPUTER STORE
Coomputer store
didirikan oleh seorang sarjana komputer lulusan IPB, yang bernama Moh. Azis,
S.Komp pada tanggal 22 September 2016 bersama istrinya yang bernama Lailatul
Qumariyah, Amd.Keb Coomputer store melayani service, jual laptop, NB, PC,
sparepart, accessories dan networking.
Seperti kebanyakan pada
toko komputer lain, di coomputer store juga menawarkan jasa service
profesional, jasa install ulang All OS full software dan setting
performance laptop. Jasa pembuatan software bisnis manajemen dan inventory,
jasa pembuatan data center dan konfigurasi jaringan menggunakan brand produk
ternama dan CCTV, serta menyediakan jual laptop second dan PC rakit dengan
kondisi 80-95% sesuai kebutuhan. Selain itu, coomputer store juga menyediakan
jasa service antar jemput.
Sedangkan, jasa service
disini tidak melakukan lempar order. Artinya, teknisi komputernya adalah
pemilik coomputer store sendiri. Oleh karena itu, coomputer store berani
memberikan garansi dari service yang dilakukan. Selain itu, customer bisa
berkonsultasi jika ada masalah lanjutan.
Sampai saat ini
coomputer store masih berkembang sangat baik, dan kabarnya akan membangun

- SOFTWARE
Software yang terdapat di coomputer store
diantaranya adalah full driver laptop, anti virus, sistem utility (power
ISO, ccleaner dan winrar), microsoft office 2007 (microsoft excel, word,
power point, one note, acces dan visio), musik player (AIMP dan WINAMP),
video player, browser (google chrome, mozilla firefox), settting
windows update, setting windows defender, sistem back up, sistem restore point,
netfremwork 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 dan direct.
- PELAYANAN
Menurut para customer, pendapat mereka
tentang pelayanan di coomputer store sangat baik dan memuaskan. Karena,
pelayanan di coomputer store sangat ramah terhadap customer. Begitupun, para
customer sangat puas dengan hasil kerja dari coomputer store. Dan inilah,

- ULASAN SERVICE
Adapun service yang dilakukan di
coomputer store, hasilnya sangatlah memuaskan dan berkualitas. Banyak sekali
customer yang datang ke toko coomputer store, dikarnakan hasilnya tidak
mengecewakan para customer. Teknisi service yang dilakukan di toko coomputer
store adalah pemilik toko komputer itu sendiri. Adapun sebagian contoh service
yang sudah dilakukan di coomputer store adalah sebagai berikut:

- PRAKTEK KERJA LAPANGAN
Selama kita PKL di “COOMPUTER STORE” kita mendapatkan
ilmu yang sangat banyak, dan juga kita bisa memahami lebih dalam lagi tentang
komputer. Diantaranya adalah membongkar
CPU, merakit CPU, menginstall windows, menginstall software, membuat kabel LAN,
menginput database barang dan service dll.
Pertama kali kita masuk PKL di coomputer store, sangatlah
membantu kita. Yang dari awalnya kita tidak mengenal apa itu ilmu komputer,
sampai kita tahu apa itu ilmu komputer. Perjuangan kita untuk mendapatkan ilmu
di coomputer store sangatlah sulit, hanya dengan cara bersungguh – sunggulah
kita bisa mendapatkan ilmu. Karna, di dalam hadits di terangkan “MAN JADDA
WAJADA” yang artinya: “Barang siapa yang bersungguh – sungguh maka dapatlah
ia.”
